Arguineguin, Ferienhaus direkt am Meer, Casa Perchel

The property has a lovely large living/kitchen/diner. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. The main bedroom was also big and having two full bathrooms was an additional bonus. The sun terrace was also excellent with plenty of room giving shade and sun as required. Comfortable padded sun loungers and table/chairs provided. We felt like part of the community as the house is in the traditional part of town two minutes from the beach/restaurants/bars and supermarkets. Very quiet at night. The welcome pack provided at the start of the holiday was also very good and much appreciated as were the cleaning/bathing materials provided. Highly recommended.

Excellent location in the heart of the local community. Very close to two beaches, shops and buses. Nicely modernised, equipped house with friendly helpful host Would go again.

Csodás helyen van messze a szállodáktól, bent a kisvárosban. Gyalogosan 3-5 percre vannak a strandok, boltok, éttermek. Ingyenes parkolás az utcában, nagyon kedves szállásadó.

A lakás számunkra szokatlan kialakítása miatt a belső ablaktalan szobába minden behallatszik a lakásból és az utcáról is a szellőzője miatt. Ez egyedül a gyerekek nappali altatása miatt volt kis probléma, egyébként megszoktuk hogy nem mehet a TV, vagy nem beszélgethetünk hangosan amikor ők alszanak.

Die Lage ist super! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist besser, als erwartet. Herzchen Dank für die Begrüßungspaket! Auf dem Erdgeschoss sind 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Auf dem ersten Obergeschoss ist Wohnküche. Auf den zweiten Obergeschoss ist eine sehr schöne Terrasse, wo wir gefrühstückt haben. Sehr großes und schönes Apartment!

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt schön, aber für ältere Menschen weniger geeignet. Die Treppe zur Küche ist recht steil und hat keine Handläufe, was für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität schwierig sein könnte. Zudem hat das zweite Schlafzimmer keine Fenster. Für uns war das kein Problem.
