Well located near Ramakrishna Ashram Marg metro station which is one stop to Connaught Place. About 5 mins walk. The area is exceptionally busy but the hotel is located in a back street and so is quiet. The hotel itself is clean - smelt fresh. Most importantly, the sheets were clean. I only stayed for two nights, and I think as is generally the case in India you have to request room service. I didn't require it.
The room did not have a view, even though it said it had a view of an inner courtyard - it was in fact a brick wall about two feet away. However not an issue for me, but a consideration for some.

The construction was kinda new and well lit. The bed frames looked nice.
I booked two rooms for my family. The mattresses were uneven and uncomfortable, kinda missing big chunks of the stuffing in places. The bedding was unclean, with ink and other stains. The TV’s in both the rooms didn’t work. We called the staff thrice to get the TV working, and nobody showed up. Finally, when someone did show up, they couldn’t figure out the problem. One of the bathrooms had a serious insect (flies) problem.
