In villa beautiful apartment 50 meters from the beach of Balestrate, elegantly furnished for maximum comfort during your holidays. THE BLUE APARTMENT, consisting of 1 air-conditioned double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 sofa bed 2 squares, 1 bathroom with a very large shower,, a large living-living room with built-in kitchen (complete with dishes) .1 balcony, a relaxation area in the garden with 3x3 gazebo.
THE APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH INDEPENDENT WIFI LINE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
For those who rent or arrive by car, you can park safely next to the villa, on the public road.
The apartment stands out not only for its sober and comfortable furnishings, but also for the utmost attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
Beach equipped with lido (from 15 June to 15 September), a few steps from pizzerias and bars. The center of the village is within walking distance (1Km). Bus stop at 30 meters and railway station at 1km.
Balestrate is a seaside resort located in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare 30 minutes from Palermo and Trapani, and only 15 minutes from Falcone-Borsellino airport.
The location is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in the name of tranquility and contact with nature: the Zingaro, Capo Rama and Alcamo nature reserves are very close with their magnificent coasts and backdrops. The place is also suitable for those who want to visit the many places of great cultural interest such as Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, Monreale ....

Angela was very friendly. Somehow we managed to communicate even though she spoke no English and we have very little Italian. Very secure and quiet and a short walk from the beach with a relaxing area beside the block. About half an hour by car from the airport and an hour from Palermo. Ciao Angela.

Thanks for Angela and Peter for their help towards our stay. We enjoyed our stay in Balestrate, the apartment was bright, clean, well furnished, modern and comfortable. The local town has a few good seafood and pizza restaurants and the locals were all friendly and helpful to us. Its a good location for visiting Castellammare del Golfo (by car), we found some great restaurants and bars there, and also Erice, Trapani, San Vito lo Capo, Corleone and Palermo. The train and bus transport links were infrequent from Balestrate and not very useful for us. We may go back to the area, would definitely consider a city break to Palermo - we had an interesting day there visiting the Catacombs, Royal Palace and Cathedral.

Très bel appartement bien équipé et très propre, avec un très jolie jardin. Tout proche de la plage.
Super accueil d'Angela la propiétaire qui est très sympathique. Nous vous recommandons cette location.
