About this house rental
Come and enjoy with family, friends, or lovers of this old crêperie, located between port and beaches. Locquemeau is a real concentrate of Brittany with its fishing port nestled on a peninsula, its bay, its 3 sandy beaches with turquoise waters, its tip of Dourven - protected natural site, its 104 km of customs trail, its cliffs, its 16th century church, its nautical center ... All this within a radius of 1 km around the property.

House of 150m2 completely renovated which leaves room for emptiness and light giving you a real feeling of being connected with the outside.
In the lower part you will find:
• An entrance of 9m2.
• A 20m2 dining room overlooking the ocean and a row with a sea view terrace.
• A fitted and open fitted kitchen of 12m2 where you will simmer your mussels in the sea while admiring the rising tide.
• A Bedroom 1 of 13m2 with 2 single beds, convertible into 1 queen size double bed.
• A Bedroom 2 of 17m2 with 1 queen size double bed and a large dressing room.
• An independent WC.
• A 7m2 bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs we positioned:
• A cozy 25m2 lounge which overlooks the sea and offers a breathtaking view as far as the town of Trébeurden and its surrounding islands on the other side of the bay.
• An office space of 15m2.
• An independent WC.
• A bedroom 3 of 20m2 with its adjoining bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 opens onto a large 15m2 terrace, a veritable solarium.
• You can park up to 3 cars in the property, you will also find many places along the road to the port at the bottom of the property at 20m
• 2h30 from Paris, take the TGV at the Plouaret-Trégor stop, which is 15 minutes by car from the house.
