This large cottage, located on the first floor, behind its garden, is completely independent and the insulation is perfect between this accommodation and the first floor where we live very discreetly
There are large and numerous bay windows that ensure exceptional light and the beautiful sea view from which we also benefit from the 36m2 terrace

a living room equipped with two sofas and armchairs surrounding a handcrafted coffee table,
a dining table and 6 chairs,

There are three bedrooms One on the sea side has a bed of 140, bedside tables, a large storage unit and an armchair, The other two bedrooms communicate One has a bed of 140, a desk, a chair a dresser an armchair, the other has two beds of 90, a small storage unit and 2 seats
