About this house rental
In the heart of Plestin-les-Grèves, opposite the church, pretty townhouse completely renovated in 2022.
Exceptional location with immediate access to all services and shops on foot (bakery, fishmonger, delicatessen, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors' surgeries, cinema, tourist office, etc.), large market every Sunday morning and Tuesday evening in summer.
The cottage is part of a set of two separate houses but with a common access by an external staircase. The second cottage is a cottage for two people. Possibility to rent it in addition see ad n°1982365
The cottage is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen and a lounge area with 2 sofas for 2 people.
Upstairs, the landing leads to 3 double bedrooms and a shower room with WC.
Outside, a pleasant west-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun.
All the beaches of Plestin-les-Grèves (Saint Efflam, Plage des Curés, Beg douar, etc.) are located within a radius of 2 to 3 kms. On the large beach of Saint Efflam, you can practice all water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, sand yachting, etc.) and benefit from the sailing school.
The cottage is an ideal starting point to discover the coasts of Finistère (Locquirec, Morlaix, Plougasnou, Carantec, Roscoff, Ile-de-Batz...) and Costa Rica (Lannion, Perros-Guirec, Trébeurden, Ploumanach, Ile-de-Bréhat...). You can also easily reach the GR 34. On the land side, let yourself be seduced by the Monts d'Arrée, Huelgoat, the Valley of the Saints...
Access to the cottage is via an external staircase. Plenty of free parking spaces nearby.
