About this house rental
This charming little house is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Sóller, thanks to its excellent morning sun exposure and its proximity to the main square, just a 5-minute walk away.
The property is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the area of Cas Panerers. Access is pedestrian only, ensuring a peaceful, traffic-free environment (it is not possible to reach the house by car or park directly nearby). However, a parking area can be found just a 5-minute walk from the property.
The house offers 90 m² distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cozy entrance area currently used as a living room with a pellet stove, as well as a guest toilet. Going down a couple of steps, you reach a comfortable TV lounge. A few steps up from the entrance lead to the kitchen. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.
The garden is located directly in front of the house, just across a small pedestrian path (only a few steps away). It is an ideal space for sunbathing or enjoying outdoor dinners during warm summer evenings. The laundry area is also located here.
The house is set on a traffic-free street, making it the perfect place to enjoy peaceful holidays while still being close to the town center.A perfect place to enjoy a quiet holiday without being too far from the city center.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. Access by car requires municipal authorization, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
This authorization allows circulation only but does not permit parking on public streets within the town center. Parking is only allowed in designated public parking areas.
Public parking facilities are located on the outskirts of the town, approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the center.
The authorization can be requested up to 72 hours after entering the zone. Before your arrival, we will provide detailed instructions on how to obtain it, along with a map showing access routes and parking options.

This is a beautifully presented property with real character . It has been decorated with love and attention to detail. The second W.C/washroom situated between the sitting room and tv room might disconcert some due to the glass “window” which looks onto the sitting area. It didn’t trouble us and it is just the wash basin not the toilet which means that you might sometimes see your holiday buddy brushing their teeth!We enjoyed the garden and the sound of the stream and ducks and view of the chickens .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cozy house. We were there for a couple of weeks and for part of our stay the weather turned cold but there was sufficient heating to keep the house warm. The wood pellet stove was very efficient. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances functioned well. It is situated along a quiet path very close to the centre of Soller. The house was clean and clean sheets and towels were provided during our 2 week stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower worked well with lots of hot water. The garden opposite the house is a nice place to sit and catch the evening sun.We hope to return to Soller and to Cozy house next year.

We had a lovely two weeks in this charming house. It was more spacious than I expected from the photographs with plenty of storage space. The bed is comfy and the shower is powerful. The kitchen was well equipped, possibly the first time Ive stayed in a rental with decent kitchen knives.The area is very quiet but only a short walk from the centre of town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed not having a car. The location doesnt need one. There are lots of great walks that can be done from the house and we took the bus to enjoy a few longer, one way walks.A truly great holiday in a peaceful house.
