Bien distribuido el espacio, confortable y acogedor. Está a 15 minutos del centro histórico.
La insonorización es malísima, se oyen a los vecinos que vienen tarde, a la gente que pasa por la calle a altas horas de la madrugada e incluso al camión de la basura pues teníamos los cubos enfrente del portal. También hay que decir que no hay aparcamiento, si vais en coche, toda la periferia de Granada es zona azul y carga y descarga. Tuvimos que aparcar a media hora del piso.

Muchas cosas deterioradas, limpieza lo justo y mucho ruido

Ubicación excelente. Calle muy tranquila. A escasos 10 minutos a pie del centro histórico
Bien el aire caliente, calefacción central debería estar encendida más horas, pero no pasamos frío
