Świetne miejsce do odpoczynku, spoko baza wypadowa na Wrocław. Parking miejski - zaniedbany, ale darmowy, bardzo blisko. Czysto, spokojnie.

Brak parkingu. Zapadnięte łóżko. Czystość tylko powierzchowna. W zakamarkach szmaty i kurz. Dziecko z alergią nie dozna komfortu. Ściany konieczne do odmalowania. Uchwyt do słuchawki prysznicowej połamany. Zatkany odpływ prysznicowy. Nie wiadomo z jakich powodów kaloryfer w okresie letnim w łazience był gorący.
