Accesible location.
Perhaps due to the long weekend, the trash were not collected properly and on time. No A/C in the room, it was required to hold the windows open widely, I understand it was an innusual hot time; but even not ventilator :)

very clean. every thing you need. very safe space with gates and a lot of parking space. 5 min stroll to the tram. one coffe shop very close for your morning coffe and cookies.
one handmade ceramics art shop by local polish and ukranian artists.
couple of minimarkets.
20-30 min walk to one of the most beautiful city centers of europe.
wroclaw itself. all of it.
you have to be YOUNG & SOBBER to get to bed... the interior stair case requires care. up to the sleeping mattress layed down directly on the suspended floor you have to mind your steps and head... so I would really advice against renting this place if you have todlers or 60 or you are planning to come to sleep wasted.

Stara sofa, która przy siedzeniu oraz próbie spania rozjeżdżała się. Zepsuty prysznic, przy kąpieli woda leciała każdą stroną słuchawki.
Brak firany a co za tym idzie brak intymności, każdy mógł zajżeć przez okno.
