meine Frau und ich buchten für vier Tage. Nach Ankunft musste meine Frau die Wohnung grob reinigen. Das Waschbecken konnte nur bedingt genutzt werden, da das Wasser sehr langsam abfloss. Wir fanden sehr viele Haare unter der Couch. Bei Buchung wurde nicht der richtige Preis angezeigt, da abgebucht wurden fast 30€ mehr. Angeblich Umrechnungskurs, wurde aber nicht drauf hingewiesen. Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter brachte nichts. Nach unserer Abreise wurde die KK mit zusätzlichen Kosten belastet. Uns wurde unterstellt, dass wir einen nicht angemeldeten Hund mit hatten, was der Wahrheit nicht entsprach (wir haben keinen Hund und auch keine Katze). Die Chat-Kommunikation wurde durch den Anbieter einfach ignoriert. Von diesem Anbieter werden wir keine Unterkunft mehr anmieten. Wir raten allen bei der Ankunft alles zu prüfen und zu fotografieren.
