The location at city centre which is just walkaway.
Near with the Train Station (Medan Tuanku - Monorel)
Nearby with shopping complexes (Quill CityMall, Sogo)
I wish the owner can fix the water heater. When I checked in, the water heater are not functioned.
Tempat pemegang hos paip tandas, if possible, appreciate can be improve. because its always fall down, and not stick to the place.
More towel given instead of two towel.

I love this apartment; the price is affordable, and the pool view is lovely. They also have 24-hour convenience store. We love this apartment and the environment: peace and no noise. Recommended this place. The toilet is easily accessible for OKU, and the room is big.
The only thing we don't like is that only 1 lift is working. The owner needs to give at least 2 keys for our convenience.

Leaking pipe in bathroom. from the floor above. Cracked bathroom room tiles which is a potential safety risk. See photos. Best to avoid unit 12-07.
Barely enough toilet paper.
