the cleaning service charge is too expensive (RM100).

Very good location. Clean unit. Nicely furnished and reasonably well maintained.
There were some issues at check in. Mailbox left open. Remote check in. Delays in collecting keys. Communication with staff was all remote. Not a great experience Unit: some maintenance issues with the washer / drier not working properly. No toaster. Otherwise a good unit.
