In a peaceful street, in a small 3-storey residence, this T3 apartment of approximately 90 m², located on the 2nd floor, offers you a beautiful veranda, a balcony and a garage.
At the entrance, a corridor leads to an equipped kitchen including a refrigerator with freezer section, 4 induction hobs, a microwave oven, an electric oven, a hood and a dishwasher. You will then discover a first bedroom facing south, equipped with 2 90cm beds and a cupboard/wardrobe, separate toilets, as well as a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The second bedroom, also facing south, has a 160 cm bed and a cupboard/wardrobe. A first living room covered in seagrass consists of a room with a sofa bed (for 2 people) of approximately 14 m², as well as a second room with a library. The veranda houses a second living room with TV and a dining room opening onto a balcony with panoramic city views. Although the residence is not equipped with an elevator, a "Stannah" stair lift is available. In addition, a private garage is at your disposal. The location is ideal: a few minutes from the beach and shops, while offering a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is very well equipped, with Internet/WIFI access. Animals are not allowed.
