Die Lage ist mega! Das Haus liegt 2 min. zu Fuß zur herrlichen Strandpromenade und den Restaurants/ Cafes, 4 min. zum großen Eroski-Supermarkt (Top-sortiert!), 3 min. zur Bushaltestelle. Der Patio ist sehr gemütlich mit dem wunderschönen Baum und ist das Highlight des Hauses! Wir wurden im Haus mit einem Korb mit kleinen Leckereien empfangen, sehr nett. Der Kühlschrank ist schön groß und hat 3 TK-Fächer. Es war alles hübsch in blau-weiß durchstylt. Schöne Tischsets, Gläser etc. Und es gab sogar extra Strandhandtücher.
Die Treppe ist gefährlich steil und nur mit einem Netz abgesichert. Im Patio stand -entgegen der ursprünglichen Fotos- eine einfache Holzgarnitur, in die man "Ein- und Aussteigen" musste ( und man sich nicht anlehnen konnte) und die wackelte, wenn man sich hinsetzte. Das 2. kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Sideboard mit Fächern, keinen Schrank. Die Kommunikation war im Vorfeld etwas restriktiv, später freundlicher.
