In the heart of Palma de Mallorca, right at the harbour, Can Marineta holiday home welcomes you with an unbeatable location, stunning sea views, and a beautiful private rooftop terrace.
Spread over three floors, the house offers a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (each with two single beds), and three bathrooms, accommodating up to five guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, TV, workspace, as well as a cot and high chair at no extra charge.
A highlight is the private open rooftop terrace, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a dining area. From here, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the harbour and sea—the perfect spot to relax by day or enjoy pleasant evenings under the stars.
The property is on the waterfront, close to the beach, with many restaurants nearby offering local specialties and fresh fish. A supermarket is just 500 metres away, about a four-minute walk. The popular sandy Playa de Palma is only 750 metres away.
Free street parking is available. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee.

Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. Also tons of other great cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and it was easy to walk or take the bus into Palma city center whenever we wanted. Idyllic!

Toppenbra läge nära till centrala Palma bra kommunikationer och service. Fin takterrass tyvärr var flera möbler trasiga och det var inte rent. Vi hade några blåsiga dagar då vi inte kunde använda takterrassen. Huset blev då mörkt och utan utsikt. Trevliga värdar som var mycket hjälpsamma.
