This beautiful Mediterranean villa makes dreams of a carefree holiday come true! Typical quiet Spanish residential neighbourhood. The Ciutat Jardín neighbourhood is also known as the villa district, as there are many detached houses here. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The finca offers 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have access to their own balcony. The rooms are each furnished with a double bed, and one of the rooms also has a sofa bed. There are three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. There is also a large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large barbecue area and a lovely terrace with seating. From here you can enjoy an enchanting view of the well-kept pool with integrated whirlpool and the garden. And if you want to retreat, then the roof terrace with its wonderful sea view is the perfect place to do so. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house. If you want to discover the island, you should book a hire car. You can take a taxi from the airport to our Villa Felostal for little money. I would not recommend the bus service from the airport, as you have to change buses. However, the bus connection to Palma city centre is excellent. The bus stop is only 150 metres from the house. The supermarkets LIDL and Eroski are also located here. We from Team Felostal are available daily from 09-21 o'clock. In emergencies also beyond that, by WhatsApp or phone call.
