The remarkable Villa Racan is the carefully restored 19-century estate which opened its welcoming gate to the modern nomads, offering the feel of traditional Istria combined with the coziness of the contemporary luxury. The spacious and beautiful estate can easily accommodate up to 20 people. The villa has 9 bright bedrooms with wooden beams on the ceiling and 11 bathrooms of which one is offering a traditional bathtub. The larger dining room has two tables for the whole company and the smaller one is perfect for the more intimate gastronomy pleasures. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances and furnished with wooden elements. The living room is the home of the original stone fireplace which offers the comforting open fire. The villa is completely air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi on the whole estate.
The large yard with the garden with olive trees is perfect for long days in the sun on the sweet Istrian air. The 3 covered terraces are ideal for dining al fresco and the wooden pergola with the vine and the old well offer the ideal setting for sipping your morning coffee in the shade. The large swimming pool is the perfect spot for the refreshment after the long sunbathing lying carelessly on the cozy deck chairs. The outside shower will certainly add the charm of living in harmony with nature. Villa Boccordi offers a small playground for the younger children and several amusing games for the older ones, including darts and table tennis. The villa has private parking reserved for 7 cars.
