About this villa rental
Beautiful light and airy house built on two levels, recently renovated in 2019 and decorated with colorful paintings and quality furnishings. The house has a private garden, facing south, enclosed, with trees and flowers, and 2 terraces where you can eat (gas barbecue), or relax: sofa, garden beds, hammock will also allow you to enjoy the beautiful sea and mountain views.
This modern house is air-conditioned in all rooms. has free Wifi access, and a cable TV allowing you to watch many international channels.
It involves:
- on the ground floor, in addition to the living room (lounge area + dining area), with a closed fireplace for the winter, a modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave ), a double bedroom with private shower and WC. The rooms on the ground floor open directly onto the terrace and the garden.
- Upstairs: a second terrace is fitted out. You will find 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a desk area, the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and WC.
The house, ideal for couples or small families, is a five-minute drive from the center of Nerja and the Balcony of Europe or Burriana beach, with its many bars and seafood restaurants.
Set between the stunning scenery of the Almijara Mountains and the Mediterranean coastline, this charming property is within walking distance of the Community's lovely swimming pools, restaurant and two large supermarkets. There are a number of good restaurants nearby to suit all tastes. Tennis courts are just a five minute walk from the property. The local Nerja bus stops nearby and runs regularly into town, making it ideal for families without a car.
The Capistrano Village has two large swimming pools and a children's pool, supervised by a lifeguard. They are just a short walk from the property. The swimming pools, which are private, are only for the use of the owners of Capistrano Village and their guests. Access is by presentation of a pass. The complex is guarded by security guards. Our cleaning staff will make sure everything is perfect for your arrival and that bed linen and towels are provided.
