This spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool and large terraces is located in the sought-after urbanization of Pueblo Jerez, surrounded by independent villas, just a short walk from the Mercadona supermarket. You can walk to the city center and Burriana beach.

Located on its enclosed grounds, this generous villa of 295 m2 on 2 floors (with independent access, one on each level) is well equipped and fully furnished. The upper part of the villa offers spacious accommodation, comprising two large bedrooms (with air conditioning), two bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. The house is located in a residential area with many neighbors who live here all year round. For this reason we will not accept reservations from groups under 25 years of age and we do not accept stag and hen parties. This house is not suitable for hosting parties or organizing events. Noise must be limited between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.

The two floors of this property are not connected from inside the house. You have to go outside to go from one floor to the other.
