About this house rental
(Tourist registry of Andalucía id: VFT/MA/03289) Pueblo Los Arcos 4 Nerja is a pretty townhouse with a private garden and a communal pool with a relaxing atmosphere. The townhouse is located in a small gated urbanization that is perfectly safe for both families and couples. It is a ten-minute walk down to the Burriana beach, and a fifteen-minute walk down to the center of Nerja. You can take advantage of what the two nearby hotels have to offer: A gourmet tapas restaurant, an Andalucian-style café bar, a garden bar, entertainment some nights of the week…
The townhouse is accessed through the communal security gate. There is a fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with air-condition and direct-access to the private garden, and a toilet. You can do outdoor dining on the garden terrace while watching the sun go down behind the mountains. The TV in the living room has a lot of UK channels through IPTV.
On the upper floor, you will find the master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with air-condition and Juliette balconies, as well as the bathroom with bath, shower head over the bath, toilet, bidet and sink.
If you have a car, there is a private car parking area at the entrance of the urbanization. There are two supermarkets nearby for convenient shopping.

Lovely little townhouse with access to a communal pool, which was never particularly busy. A short walk down to Burriana Beach (although uphill coming back) and a great Mercadona right opposite. About a 20/25 mins walk to the Balcon.Very secure property, and easy self check in which is sent before you arrive. Communication with the owner is good, however wish it was known that a gardener comes once a week, as it was quite alarming to suddenly have a stranger enter the garden whilst on the terrace. Well equipped kitchen, great shower room and downstairs toilet was useful too. Property is very clean. Only niggle was the Aircon in the main bedroom wasn't as effective as the others but I would still happily rebook if we visit Nerja again.

Great place, loads of space, pretty outside garden gets the afternoon sun and a good sized communal pool. Right opposite a huge supermarket which was really convenient. 10-15 minute walk to Burriana beach. We enjoyed staying there and would certainly stay there again when we return. Owner was response to the odd questions we had.

The property was very nicely presented & on first inspection appeared exactly as described on Owner's Direct website. The situation overlooking the pool was lovely and decor in house was very nice. However the first problem we encountered was when we put the kettle on & this tripped the main electric switch leaving us without any electricity. Given the high standard of this property another disappointment was the fact that there was no handwash or soap in either of the toilets or any cleaning liquids for dishes or cloths to wipe surfaces. Perhaps we were unlucky in arriving Sunday pm when shops were closed & also the next day was a local holiday, so again the nearby supermarkets were closed. As we were only staying in this property for 4 days and travelling lightly we did not expect to have to buy handwash, dishwashing liquid & toilet cleaner. When I queried this with the holiday letting agency we were told they had not been tasked with supplying anything of this nature. Eventually on Tues evening we were given a new kettle & a clothes airer as this was also missing. Having said all this we did enjoy visiting Nerja & surrounding area.
Another reason for only giving this rating was the very early check out time of 10am & the fact that the cleaners were waiting outside the property from 9.30am & finally knocked on the door at 9.55am.
