Step inside and enjoy the spacious inverted floor plan, designed for both comfort and togetherness. You’ll find two King Master suites, one on each level — ideal for privacy and convenience. Gather around the large eight-person dining table for family meals or casual conversations, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. Natural light pours in through large windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Love to cook? You’ll feel right at home in the modern kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. Just bring the groceries!
After a fun-filled day at the beach, kick back and relax with your favorite shows on Merge TV with streaming services, available in the living room, both master bedrooms, and a cozy additional sitting area.
Not ready to call it a night? Head out to one of the spacious upper or lower decks and enjoy a stunning sunset or sunrise. With sliding glass doors and easy access to the outdoors, there’s no better place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink.
Beach access is a breeze — just a quick walk across the street and two houses down (between 1127 & 1129 OBW). Prefer to stay close to home? Enjoy the private backyard pool with plenty of loungers, rockers, and a picnic table for poolside meals and relaxation.
Store all your beach gear in the convenient guest storage located under the house, and rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold water) before heading in for the evening.

The house, the weather, the beach, the pool- everything was perfect. We love Holden Beach and this house provided a comfortable and relaxing stay for mine and my sister’s families- Mimi and Pa too :)

The house was beautiful and had more than enough room for our group of 4. Unfortunately, we must have been too early in the season to get much use out of the unheated pool with very cool evenings during our stay preventing the water from heating back up enough from the sun and found it too cold to spend any time in. The pool chairs were in poor condition and we were told that they would be replaced during out stay, however that never happened (I notified the rental co. and I assume that it has happened by now). The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The beach access was nice and close to the house as well. We did have to bring all of our own bath and kitchen towels as this rental does not provide them which was a bit inconvenient, but we managed to make room in the car for them. We had an issue with a non-working toaster early on and the rental staff had one readily available that we were able to pick up on our way out to dinner one night. Staff was very pleasant and responsive before and during our stay.

We had our 2 yo granddaughter with us and she LOVED the beach, sand and mostly the pool! The house was clean and well laid out. My only suggestion would be to add a steptstool in the kitchen as the cabinets are high and perhaps a booster seat for young children to use. We are already planning to come back next year if it is available!! We had a blast.

Everything was nice except for the cleanliness and operational upkeep. Ants and roaches on every floor and a lot of electrical things didn't work correctly or were broken.
