The condo is located next to the famous Entering Provincetown sign. East End 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor condo unit with beach access directly across the street. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, toaster, cooking essentials, and a Keurig machine. The condo also has a washer & dryer, marble mosaic shower, and a rear deck. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. There is 1 rear parking space with downtown shuttle stop located directly in front of property. An additional parking space may be provided for $25 with advance notice.

The couch is very low and uncomfortable, the stools arevto high fir the counter and are very uncomfortable.The Barbacue was dirty and has mold growing up on it. Not usable at all, had to make other arrangements for dinner. No kitchen towels or was clothes, no sink stop or dish pan you had to wash them under the running water. Messaged the hist and got no response. This was my second time here and with my disappointment I will not come back.

The unit was far too small for two adult couples. The beds were great as was the supply of household goods. I would not recommend anything over a night or two in such a small unit unless you are just a group of two. Good location close to downtown PTown but you are on the road.

The place is tastefully updated to be airy and clean with modern amenities. Parking is convenient and the outside areas are a bonus. Wifi is good and the owner left the TVs logged into his streaming accounts. It was nice not spending time logging into our personal accounts. Wish there was some screening between this unit and the adjacent property with permanent residents. We could have also used a couple of more hooks in the bathroom. Exiting the property is a bit tough due to low visibility due to tall plants. There is some road noise as well as noise from unit above. We left the ac on high fan mode to get some white noise.

very clean modern cottage just a street away from the beach. easy to get into the center of ptown with the bus stop being right out front. very enjoyable stay
