The property was very clean and welcoming. Location was good. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay while working in Provincetown.
The main complaint would be the shower head could be replaced. It worked but not great, and the first night I only got warm water, not hot. The kitchen cabinets could use some attention too. Minor details. Since I was there for work, it was quite adequate.

The location to Provincetown, MA was fantastic (about an 8 minute car ride). It had access to the beach as well, and was nicely situated. The area seemed very quiet, and there was plenty of parking.
The pillows seemed like they were after thoughts, they were not very comfortable at all. Also, the couch was very uncomfortable. The cushions did not do much to offer you any comfort with a pullout bed under them. Finally, the WiFi access was very bad, I tried to stream a TV show and had to let the show buffer every 5 minutes. There wasn't a strong or reliable internet connection at the property.

To be clear, although you are close to the ocean you can not see it from the property. The property itself was adequate but the listing and pictures are misleading. It is not as large as the pictures and looks different when seen up close in person.There are 2 full beds , a queen bed and the pull out sofa therefore it sleeps 6. No where in the booking info did it say there is a 5 person limit and that more people are not allowed on the site even if they are not staying over. This is information is stated in the information provided in the Vacasa app which I was not given until the booking was paid for. There is no AC - doesn't say it has it but the Vacasa app under heating/ cooling says "thermostat"
The heat and humidity in July was a bit much it would likely be tolerable all other months where there is less heat and humidity. We ended up leaving early has the heat was getting to us all. I think knowing and anticipating these things ahead of time would have been better.
