Welcome to Private Villa with Large Garden, an exclusive independent residence located in one of the most peaceful and charming areas of Budoni, Sardinia. This villa is the perfect retreat for those seeking privacy, large green spaces, and the convenience of having essential services just a few steps away.

The house is thoughtfully furnished to offer a modern and functional stay:
Sleeping Area: A spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning.
Living Area: Bright living room with kitchenette and sofa, also served by air conditioning. Kitchen amenities include: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a full set of cookware.
Bathrooms & Laundry: A second full bathroom is available for guests. You will also find a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.
Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 30mb) for remote working or streaming your favorite content.
Outdoor Living: Veranda & 600sqm Garden
The outdoor space is designed for enjoying the Sardinian climate in total relaxation:
Large Covered Veranda: A spacious shaded area perfect for al-fresco dining and enjoying the sea breeze.
The Garden: Over 600 square meters of private lawn surround the villa, providing a peaceful oasis for the whole family to relax.
BBQ & Outdoor Shower: A built-in BBQ is available for your grills. Upon returning from the beach, enjoy the outdoor hot shower, perfect for refreshing after a day in the sun.
Parking: Private parking space.

For Kids: A travel cot is already provided. A high chair is available for free upon request.

The Sea (1.3km): The stunning Sant'Anna Beach and its pine forest can be reached in a 15-18 minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive.
Surroundings: Budoni center (3km) offers evening markets and primary services. Olbia Airport/Port is approx. 35 km away.

Très agréable villa, bien équipée, au décor sobre et de bon goût. Dans un quartier tranquille de la région de Budoni, avec une vue très dégagée et une pelouse très fraîche tout autour de la maison. La région de Budoni rend l'accès facile à de nombreuses plages, proches ou plus éloignées et très belles.
