Welcome to Casa Thomas, an exclusive independent residence located in one of the most peaceful and charming areas of Budoni, Sardinia. This villa is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation, large private spaces, and the convenience of having all main services and the sea within a pleasant walking distance.

Sleeping Area: The house features a spacious master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring total privacy. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or extra guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning.
Living Area: A bright living room with a kitchenette and sofa, also served by air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, and a full set of cookware.
Bathrooms & Laundry: In addition to the ensuite, there is a second full bathroom for guests. You will also find a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.
Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 30mb) is available, perfect for remote working or streaming your favorite content.
Outdoor Living: Veranda & 600sqm Garden
The outdoor space is the true highlight of the property, designed for the well-being of the whole family:
Large Covered Veranda: An outdoor living room featuring a second outdoor kitchen. You can cook while breathing the sea air and enjoy al fresco dining in the shaded dining area, keeping the indoor space cool and fresh.
Garden & Playground: Over 600 square meters of private lawn surround the villa. For the joy of the little ones, we have set up a private play area with a trampoline, swing, and slide.
BBQ & Outdoor Shower: A built-in barbecue is available for your evening grills. Upon returning from the beach, you can enjoy the outdoor hot shower, a true luxury for refreshing under the Sardinian sun.
Parking: The villa includes a private parking space inside the property.
Family-Friendly Amenities
To help you travel light, a travel cot is already provided in the villa. Upon request, we are happy to provide a high chair free of charge.

The Sea (900m): A pleasant 10-12 minute walk leads you to the stunning Sant'Anna Beach, famous for its white sand and fresh pine forest. The beach offers both free areas and beach clubs for renting umbrellas, pedal boats, and dinghies.
Supermarket (300m): Very convenient for daily shopping without needing a car.
Pharmacy (650m): Easily reachable in a few minutes.
Dining: Excellent restaurants are located within a few hundred meters. The Pizzeria Pomodoro Rosso, which we highly recommend, is about 700m away.
Surroundings: The center of Budoni (3km) offers evening markets and all primary services. The vibrant San Teodoro is just a 15-minute drive away.
Logistics: Olbia Airport and Port are approximately 35 km away.

Nice property but sparcely equipped. A kettle would have been useful. The house is in easy walk of a beach and a couple of nice restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay.

It was a great stay overall. The host only speaks English and Italian, but we had always good communications. The object is located a bit outside in Tanaunella, which gives you way more garden space than normal and a comparatively quiet environment. And you still can reach a small supermarket by a ten minute walk. Also, beautiful St. Anna Beach & pine forest is close by (20 minute walk) - but beware of the shepherd dogs on the way. If they're too hyped when you're visiting, just go by car - 5 minute drive and a lot of parking capacity, especially in the off-season.

Good location, that gives the opportunity to easily move between beaches, nevertheless the car is needed. Market in the neighborhood, 2 min by car. / 5 walking The communication might be better if the property manager would speak English. The restaurant that was recommended - Il Colle - was appreciated! The mattresses are poor, they have to be replaced asap! 7 out of 10 as general impression.
