What an absolutely wonderful place! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The property is a beautiful green oasis – peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly well maintained. Everything was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and every detail made the stay easy and enjoyable. What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is the people. Every single member of the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. But the biggest surprise was the owner. After I had already left, I realized that I urgently needed my passport to pick up my rental car at the airport. Without hesitation, he personally drove all the way to the airport to bring it to me. Honestly, where else do you find service like that? That level of care and dedication is simply extraordinary. I can recommend this place with all my heart. It’s not just a wonderful accommodation—it’s a place run by people who truly care about their guests. I will definitely be back. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Che posto meraviglioso! Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto sono le persone. Tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile, cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. Il momento più incredibile, però, è stato quando il proprietario ha fatto qualcosa di davvero eccezionale. Dopo la mia partenza mi sono reso conto di aver bisogno con urgenza del passaporto per ritirare l’auto a noleggio in aeroporto. Senza alcuna esitazione, è salito in macchina e me lo ha portato personalmente fino all’aeroporto. Un servizio così è semplicemente straordinario. Das beste Urlaub bis jetzt. Der Alessandro Ist richtig nett, immer hilfsbereit, .. Die Umgebung ist ein kleines Paradies. Alles grün, viele schöne Pflanzen, auch Tiere,.. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und schön. Vor allem sehr ruhig.

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Ich kann nicht finden was uns nicht gefallen hat.

The apartment is located in a small oasis, like a resort, that is actually not coming through the official photos. It is very beautiful! As a result, it was a lot better than we expected. There are several apartments located within this closed residence, surrounded by wonderful gardens, plants, flowers. There are a few games outside for children, a small pond, and even animals, barbecue, so a couple of things to do and see. The host, Alessandro was very kind to welcome us with showing around, giving some mirto welcome drink and a jar of honey. He recommended places to visit, eat out (though we did not visit any restaurants nearby). They provided chairs and a big umbrella for us to take to the beach. Since our first way from the airport was to the apartment it was a big relief not to search for these items but to go straight to a beach on the day of our arrival. The bed was very comfortable with firm mattresses. There were two aircons but we did not use them, we left the windows open for the night. All of them had mosquito nets on them. There was a nice view from our window to the garden area. We used the car each time we moved around, but there are two grocery stores nearby. The downtown of Budoni and San Teodoro are quite close and we found nice beaches wherever we went to (or Cala Gonoritze is also close by car, a bit more than 1 hour). We would definitely return to this place and recommend for others.

The kitchen could have been more equipped. Not sure what can be expected from an apartment as such but we needed the basic ingredients to cook. We bought salt, oil, and even sponges since they were missing (and there wasn't a dishwasher, we needed to clean dishes manually, so then sponges are a must). Kitchen glove to grab the hot dishes. Sweeper so we could keep the floor tidy. Etc. These would be very helpful for a few day stay especially that the kitchen has the right size, so it is suitable for cooking, preparing meals. Long distance travelers, or those coming by airplane, will not be prepared to come equipped with basic kitchen ingredients for cooking (salt and oil as a minimum).
