Apartment Kuzman 1

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The standout for us was Marija. She is an exceptional host, warm, kind, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. She personally met us on arrival, ensured everything was in order, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we made, from providing towels and linens to making sure we had all the kitchen basics we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made our family feel truly welcome and looked after throughout our stay. The second highlight was the view from the balcony. Simply breathtaking. We have stayed in many places but this view was in a league of its own. Watching the colours change over Dubrovnik from that balcony is something our family will never forget. The apartment itself was comfortable, well equipped, air conditioned which was essential in the August heat, and in a great location in the Ploče area, just a short walk from the old town and the ferry pier. A truly memorable stay. Thank you Marija for making our Dubrovnik experience so special!

The only thing worth mentioning is that the apartment is perched up high, which of course is what gives it those incredible views. However this does mean a significant climb back up if you are returning on foot from the old town, which we estimate is around 500 steps from the old town or around 350 steps from the cable car road level. In the peak August heat this was quite tiring for the family, so we ended up taking a taxi back to the apartment most evenings rather than walking, which cost around 15 euros each time. This is not a criticism of the apartment itself as the location and views more than make up for it, but it is worth knowing in advance so you can plan accordingly and budget for taxis if visiting in summer.

This is a perfect location in Dubrovnik with the most beautiful views. The hostess was extremely kind and welcoming! We would highly recommend this apartment!

The view is fantastic.

Locating the property. A sign at the entrance of the property would help alot. We were provided the neighbours sign to guide as but it is old and worn and not obvious to first timers. Not a two bedroom apartment. Second bedroom shares with kitchen and dining area. Bathroom and facilities need work.
