It is a small but cosy room, with everything one needs for comfprtable stay. It is rather an outskirt of the city, but connection with public transport (buses, metro) is great and stations are in walkabale distance. There is a big shopping mall not far away with supermarkets and opportunities for eating out.
I did not find anything unpleasant during my stay.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Zum ersten Mal hatte ich einen kalkfreien Wasserkocher! Der Check-In war gut beschrieben und hat problemlos geklappt. Im gleichen Haus ist ein Bäcker, den ich aber nicht besucht habe. In 10 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß ein gut sortierter REWE.
Mir hätte noch ein Küchenhandtuch und Brotmesser gefehlt. Die Matratze lag leider mit der Unterseite nach oben, was ich leider erst am letzten Tag gemerkt habe. Ich bin auf das Schlafsofa ausgewichen. Von draußen war es im Erdgeschoss sehr laut durch sprechende Leute, Musik und fahrende Autos. Nachts nur mit Ohrstöpseln und geschlossenem Fenster. Auch der Kühlschrank war laut. Um in die Stadtmitte zu kommen, 10 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn, dann halbe Stunde Fahrt.

... Perfect location to the trade show, very good online communication from the owner and clean
No proper curtains or electric courtains, so day light /Street lights shine directly into the room and as raised ground level you wake up and have people outside on the road staring it you....
Only handwash soap for the shower
