About this villa rental
Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home located in the heart of Sauvian in the Languedoc, with a private heated swimming pool, air conditioning, fibre wifi and all facilities. Ideal for families looking for a relaxing and hassle-free holiday, as it's within easy walking distance to all amenities and only 10 minutes to the Mediterranean beaches. This property sleeps up to 8 people.
The South-East facing garden is a true gem, a haven of peace and quiet in the heart of the village. The private heated swimming pool (9.5m x 5m; depth 1.4m - 1.6m) with Roman steps access offers an unrivalled place to relax and play. Surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers, you will feel a million miles away whilst you relax on the sunbeds on the terrace or the deck, under that wonderful Southern French sun. There is a shaded lounge area to submerge in that book you've been longing to read or to sit together for an evening under the stars with loved ones. The swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra charge, (€150 per week) please enquire.
As you enter Maison Shangri-La, you step into a beautiful hallway with a wrought-iron staircase. The bright open plan living/dining room looks out onto the private heated swimming pool and garden. French windows open up into the veranda, where you can slide doors and windows open for al-fresco dining.
The separate fully-equipped kitchen offers a spacious haven, ideal for preparing the most exquisite of French dishes and boasting an island with barstools, double sink and Whirlpool oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and washing machine in the ground floor bathroom. Separate toilet under the staircase on the ground floor.
On the ground floor is a King-size (210 x 190) double bedroom with air conditioning, with a brand new en-suite "outdoor-effect" natural stone bathroom with a WC, shower and sink. (This makes our property suitable for reduced mobility, but not for wheelchairs due to various steps in and out of the house).
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a stunning family bathroom with an over-bath rain shower and double sinks. Separate toilet.
- Master double (160 x 200) bedroom with aircon, fitted wardrobe.
- Second bedroom (2 x 90 x 200 - the beds can be pushed together on request) with fan and fitted wardrobe.
- Third bedroom (2 x 90 x 190 twin or double, overlay mattress for your comfort) with fan and balcony.
All first-floor bedroom windows have mosquito screens and electric shutters.

As owners, we will be located in Béziers throughout the summer months, only 10 minutes away from the house. We will be available should any issues or requirements arise during your stay.
Linen and towels are included in the price. 1 set of bedding per bed per stay, 1 towel pack per person consisting of a large bath towel, a small bath towel and a pool towel. Washing machine available. End of stay cleaning €120 per booking. Pool heating optional, extra charge of €150 per week to be paid on arrival.

Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Kommunikation im Vorfeld u während des Aufenthaltes top.
Eine kleine Oase, stilvoll eingerichtet, top Pool u gemütlicher Außenbereich, es gab sogar eine Tischtennisplatte. Top Matratzen, geschlafen wie auf Wolken. Bäcker und Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Optimale Nähe zum Meer, in 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Location tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. La maison est décorée avec soin, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Les propriétaires sont agréables, à l'écoute et très disponibles si besoin.

It was great being so central to the village with such a large pool and a peaceful location. It was also only 10 mins drive to the beach. The owners were extremely helpful and always contactable.
