With its 9 x 4 meters and a depth of 1.10 m to 1.60 m, the swimming pool invites young and old to enjoy sweet moments of swimming and relaxation under the sun.
Inside on the first floor, the villa offers a fully equipped open plan kitchen leading to a bright living-dining room.
A master suite with private shower room and a separate toilet complete this level.
The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed composed of two 80 cm mattresses for optimal comfort, thanks to its electric bed base which allows everyone to adjust their position according to their desires.
Upstairs, the whole family will find their space with three welcoming bedrooms: two with a double bed, and a bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be converted into a large 180 cm double bed. A modern and comfortable bathroom completes this sleeping area.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the house has air conditioning and wifi.
