Very nice place and the host is a very welcoming person, very friendly and they make you feel like at home.

Everything about your staying here will be nothing but a piece of heaven - a quiet village with almost no traffic, villa located at height from where you may enjoy sunsets, gorgeous garden with sunbeds and large terrace where we had breakfast and dinner. The location is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches of Kefalonia, located somehow central and fair distance to them. Mosquitos are quite annoying even if nets are installed on all the doors and windows but if you hunt them for 5 minutes before sleep, you should be ok. The apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with all (really ALL) you need - from the crockery (all types), spices, grocery products and very modern appliances in the kitchen, to toilet consumables and textiles for bedroom. Air conditioning working good and warm water always there for showers when returning from beach. Two bottles of water, a melon and one bottle of local red wine were expecting us cold, in the fridge. It really feels like home, you don't need anything more. Despite what was said above, the best part about our staying were the people we met here and especially the host - Olga. She is the perfect host, always looking to please your expectations and always there to ask if "Everything is OK?". She supplied us with fresh water daily, brought us melons and prepared for us a very tasty home maid ice cream and had us invited to join her and few of hear family members to a wonderful dinner with traditional Greek food, which we will never forget. All of these with no extra cost and just because she felt do to it so - THANK YOU OLGA! :) I can honestly state that she is the best host we have ever been up to now. She made our accommodation unforgettable! Mathis, Vasilis and Maria (Olga's grandchildren) were same as Olga, great people - open, honest and friendly. When we departed, we felt sorry leaving behind such special people we have become attached to... We will definitely return! It is a promise!

We had a wonderful experience at Virginia Place. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful environment. It is clean and comfortable with a well equipped, modern kitchen and a beautiful garden with a sunset view. The owner, Olga is a very kind lady, she suprised us every day with something she made. She even gave us gifts for home. We will definitely come back there again!
