Pipis House

The house was comfortable, clean, and generally well-appointed. There is a lovely patio with a gorgeous view: it was extremely pleasant to have breakfast or supper looking out at the mountains and down to the sea. There were some lovely and/or helpful touches: plenty of towels, slippers, coffee and tea, oil, wine, basic toiletries & cleaning products, and condiments. The kitchen was well-equipped, with two types of coffee maker, kettle, a toastie machine, a microwave, and a toaster. The location is excellent: easy to find, and a good spot from which to explore a lot of the island (with the exception of the SE), but also quiet and private. The AC worked well, so it was comfortable despite the heatwave. There is a covered parking spot, which meant our car didn’t overheat in the sun. Communications with the host were swift, clear, and helpful (including helpful information about shopping before arriving at the village, where there is no store, and suggesting some locations, etc to visit). It was easy to find the property using Google/Apple Maps. The picture and information about the property available on Booking.com are all honest and accurate. This is a great little house situated in a lovely village on a stunning island! Book with confidence! We were five in total, so used the sofa bed, which worked fine. Being five, however, we rather stretched the limits of the crockery, equipment, and cutlery, etc, left for self-catering purposes. We could have done with a couple more mixing/salad bowls, another chopping board, sharp knives, spatulas, wooden spoons, etc. But this would only be a very minor issue for a self-catering party such as ours.

Nice space and convenient to explore the Zola area.

Lokalizacja była idealna- doskonała baza wypadowa żeby zwiedzić większą część wyspy. Apartament był bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony, z pięknym widokiem na góry, morze i zachody słońca. Położony był w małej spokojnej wiosce, gdzie mieszkali głównie Grecy, z dala od turystycznego zgiełku.

Wszystko było ok.

Very convenient location - close to both the main part of the island and the Paliki peninsula. Very quiet and peaceful place.
