About this villa rental
This 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 3465 sqf. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
Main features include:
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)
- Very private and quiet. Total privacy in the pool area!

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
The daily rental rate includes all charges, also electricity (up to the Residence's "fair use" policy). Other optional services (chef, car rental etc.) can be arranged upon request. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: discounts are possible for long-term rentals and last-minute bookings.

Had a great time staying here. Starting with my pickup from the airport the staff made me and my friends feel like we were royalty. Ricardo is the man! He hooked us up with everything taxi, groceries, booking activities etc he’s the guy to ask. Fun stay. Would definitely come again.

My vacation at the property was great. The house was fully equipped with all necessary amenities and was very spacious. We loved the pool and the quietness of the gated community. Our interactions with the property security staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Without any doubts, I will definitely book this villa again.

Had a good time,place was clean and staff was very accommodating. Few minor things need to handled. Like the water cooler and a bedroom door lock. Minor details which am sure they will take care of, otherwise the place was spacious and enjoyable

Had a wonderful family vacation the house is beautiful clean and very safe community also close to restaurants shops and supermarkets. I would definitely come again
