Not what we thought.

When we first arrived. The door code provided did not work. Called and talked with guest services who re issued a new code. Many things not right with the house and when I called guest services to report the issues ( first being the hot tub) they said they would put a ticket in for someone to come out and call me back to let me know. Noone called back. I called again and they reported it wouldn't be fixed til after check out. The lady at guest services said she would put a ticket in for compensation and have someone call me. Noone has called me to follow up. Maintenance also came out for the foos ball table to be fixed ( we didnt report it yet) so he did fix the broken chairs.. here is the list of things. Hot tub not getting hot /jets not working - Modela can, barbie doll & garbage floating inside of hot tub when we arrived. Outside main deck rocking chair broken Foos ball table broken Only one pool stick with tip, others broken Kitchen Stool broken ** maintenance man came to repair the foos ball table, however we were unaware of this scheduled maintenance, he did fix rocking chair and broken kitchen Stool. He was unable to fix foos ball table** Lights very confusing and hard to figure out with multiple switches for different levels Picture frame in basement broken Ice machine doesn't despense ice Dishwasher wouldn't clean dishes and buttons broken, took several trys to get it to work. Fridge drawers broken Rug curled up causing a tripping hazard Multiple windows with no screen at knee hight with a large drop, some windows won't stay open, some blinds broken. Tvs kept disconnecting from internet connection and took several attempts to reconnect. One of the remotes was missing the back and one battery. Dryer does not dry. Took 3x to try a small load with a timed dry for 90 minutes each.

We saw a couple cockroaches throughout the stay inside the cabin. Pull out couch mattresses are in pretty rough shape.

Space! We had 16 people and just enough room for everyone. Very close to a grocery store.

From the advertising pictures it shows a view. The view from the cabin is looking at other cabins and a road. No mountains which was very disappointing. The cabin was a bit dusty. The pullout couch/ beds where very uncomfortable and their was trash in them for the previous occupants.
