Room for large family

Hot water went out several times. Maintenance is not available after 5pm. Air hockey table does not work. Water leak through ceiling. Microwave is broken. Hot tub is falling apart. Not enough parking

only thing that I enjoyed about to say was that love you Location was great other than having all these other inconveniences for me and my family like it was just horrible

once we arrived, everything was OK but once we got ready to settle in and get ready to shower, what was very inconvenient was that we did not have any hot water at all I did had call the maintenance and they said they were going to fix it the next day so one night it was fine you know because shower in the morning once it was fixed the only thing that happened is that it was an inconvenience because it did not get fixed until that Sunday so we were already there since Friday night Saturday, not showered, had kids and we were not gonna shower with cold water cause I would arm causes to get sick and everything so we didn’t get it any hot water until Sunday evening that’s the only thing that was inconvenient. I was like they said they came and fix it. It really didn’t even fix it at all. I would just like to get at least a refund of for the inconvenience that I went through because it was just like unprofessional for them to be renting this place out with no hot water at all. and then we had an incident on Friday night in the Jacuzzi. There was also broken glass in there and then one of the guest ended up getting hurt having to go to see a doctor because she had to get stitches and then we didn’t even know about the broken glass until the kids were in there and the kids also found broken glass

Exceptional

Everything about this cabin was excellent! I didn't even want to leave when it was time to come home. The area was very peaceful and quiet, the neighbors were very friendly, everything in the cabin worked and the phone service was great!!

The trash can only needed a lock on it.

We'd stay again if we ever come back

It was very clean and spacious, peaceful games to keep the kiddos occupied,

The ac didn't get the upstairs cool enough the basement was ice cold though, the dryer didn't work so we had to bring wet and dirty clothes home and couldn't wash or dry towels, and I'd have someone fix the water lines in the kitchen and basement bathroom hot is cold and cold is hot lol and most rentals supply dish detergent and trash bags and the top deck and bunk bed room should honestly have some ceiling fans for some circulation just a suggestion not a complaint and would totally have smart tvs in all the rooms instead of cable! And the beds should be a little softer they were slightly too firm and I didn't receive the proper door code to get in and the service rep had to give me. A good dozen to try to get in. But all wouldn't keep me from staying again!

There was not a room large enough for all of us to sit comfortably at the same time. The upper floor was very warm compared to the other areas.

For cabins that sleep up to 18 people, parking is not adequate, resulting in neighboring vacationers vying for your parking. Again, for the number of people the cabins hold, trash disposal isn't adequate. The shower curtain had mold growing on it.
