Delicious breakfast! We wil be back!

We loved the room , breakfast and toiletries. The bed was really comfy and the hotel near the station! The owner saltee the pathway as it became slippery in the snow.

Absolutely fantastic!

We were greeted by the owner when we arrived. Very pleasant encounter indeed, and he showed us to our rooms. The rooms where spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was very easy and comfortable. The breakfast was superb and we had the pleasure of talking to both owners, who were preparing a very nice breakfast for us. We are two vegans and two vegetarians in the group and they catered for our special diets in the best way possible. We are a band who play heavy music and perhaps we’re not the usual clientele- but the owners were so kind to us and interested in our band. Couldn’t ask for a better stay in Herleen. Gold stars and 10/10! If you’re thinking about booking a room here - do it! You will not be disappointed!

We had an excellent stay! The Project is conveniently located, creatively decorated and our room really had everything we needed. At the same time we had a really warm and personal welcome, the breakfasts were outstanding, and we really encountered no issues during the whole stay.

Very cool urban B&B!

Nicely decorated B&B near station Heerlen, run by a very sweet couple. The property has a cool urban feel with loads of street art and books. Beds are really comfy, and overall room is cozy and neat.

Welcoming, cozy and comfortable

Loved the look and feel of this B&B. Our room was warm and spacious with high ceilings and underfloor heating. The breakfast was exceptional, our request for non dairy and gluten free did not phase our jovial host and we were spoilt rotten. The breakfast room itself was a very homely and relaxing space... It was a short walk from Heerlen City Centre and the beautiful Moon Quarter

No complaints from us. Can't wait for our next visit, as this won't be the last!

It's a Super B&B Project!

Great room and facilities, very unique and full of character. It also has a nice patio area to sit outside and there is secure off road parking. The town centre is approx 10 - 15 minutes walk away. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. The host made us feel very welcome and I would not hesitate to return and recommend it. 😊

The host could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. Not enough space to write the good things we liked about The B&B project. If in the Limberg area please use this B&B you will not regret it .it is superb.

Fun, Friendly and beautiful!

What a lovely surprise this little gem of a B&B this was! Our room and the breakfast room were beautifully decorated. The facilities were great, superb bathroom and a private terrace. It was clean and modern and we were pleased to find refreshment facilities in the room. We felt right at home. The breakfast was fresh varied and fabulous, beautifully presented in lovely surroundings. The atmosphere was fun and friendly. The location was great too - just a short walk from the buzzing town centre. We would definately go out of our way to come again.
