Casa do Avô Ladeira

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marisela. La maison est petite mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La terrasse est superbe.

L'accès à la place de parking est un peu compliqué surtout avec une grosse voiture mais c'est partout pareil à Madère. C'est déjà bien d'avoir une place .

This is a good spot for a vacation rental. It consists of one large room which included the bed, a table, and a fairly large cooking area with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc. There is a very nice outside deck with a table and chairs. As the weather was good we ate our meals outside and watched the sun set over the ocean. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the street that has just about anything you would need for a meal, and a little coffee shop to sit and have an expresso in the morning or a glass of wine at night.

We definitely needed a car because this place is isolated. There are no restaurants within walking distance and it's almost an hour drive into Funchal.

Posizione perfetta per soggiornare a Madeira. Appartamento accogliente e con tutto il necessario la proprietaria è gentile e disponibile.

The place is equipped with all basic things you need. There is a supermarket just right the corner. Privat garage is a plus. The terrace has a nice view. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice.

There is a constant stron smell of damp / mold and a big colony of ants living in the apartment. The cleanliness is not also on a very high level.
