Groot huis en vooral grote keuken. Mooi uitzicht vanop het terras. Ook voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine, droogkast en afwasmachine maakt het compleet. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst van Angela. Ook ben je snel aan mooie wandelroutes.

Het was koud in het huis en electrische verwarming kon de kamer niet echt opwarmen. Op zondag passeren er heel veel motards, wat na de zoveelste storend is als je rustig wil genieten op het terras.

Le lieux, la maison incroyable et une vue extraordinaire ❤️ et la propriétaire très disponible et sympathique.

Angela was very kind and flexible with our lateish arrival. The house is indeed on the hillside with a bit of a tricky parking, but in Madeira it is normal and is way easier than with some of the other locations we've been to. The house is enormous, enough space for all and the view is indeed splendid. We really liked the "winter garden" part of the balcony, so we could sip our coffees from there every morning, despite of the windy weather. The West is wonderfully accessible from this house. Please, if you go be respectful of the environment there and the quiet that this neighborhood still cherishes.

We'd have loved to be able to enjoy the view from just sitting on the couch or waking up in the morning - which is not possible in the house due to its layout. It is a minor inconvenience and at least it pushed us to spend more outdoors.
