* The beds are great! We slept well! * HVAC is swell! * WiFi was basically unusable for 15 of our 20 days. On that matter: - WiFi guy just strung the new wire across the sidewalk. It’s not great, aesthetically speaking., and it could get caught in your snowblower. (JK). - WiFi guy disconnected DirectTV. DirectTV doesn’t work anymore, at all. - I recommend ditching DirectTV altogether; the new connection is 500+MB/S download, so outstanding! With the SmartTV’s in every room, and the new fast connection, renters can stream anything thing they want. If you have cable at your primary, you can use that login for specialty channels. This is what we were finally able to do and what we do at our cabin. - Cable guy installed the new modem/router in second bedroom, because you need to use the cable port in the living room either for Modem, or DirectTV, but not both). The wireless device for the door lock is still in living room, so not connected. If you ditch DirectTV, new modem can go in living room. * Towel rack in master bath needs to be screwed on. It keeps falling off. * Dishwasher makes ungodly noise; keep an eye on that. * Dryer gives error that vent pipe to outside needs cleaning. Potential fire hazard if true. Probably not true, but be aware. * Washer is stinky. Could be filter. Might just need that mold tablet thing-y. * Frying pans are trashed. They’re non-stick with all the non-stick burned off, so they’re basically unusable. Even oil doesn’t prevent stick. We bought a new pan at Walmart, which we’ve taken home. * Bunk beds needs the allen screws tightened. I would have done it, but no wrench in junk drawer. * Junk drawer is awesome! Much appreciated! * Hot water tank is undersized. Our family of 5 had to schedule bath times. * “Chandelier” made my head bleed twice. Would be nice if it were about 8 inches higher.

This home is so charming. Private, quiet cul-de-sac. Sweet front porch swing. Huge family room with tons of seating and enough room for two adults and 5 teenagers! Clean and updated. We were thrilled and will be back!

The size of this home and living space is perfect for a large family but it is a good walk to the beach. The biggest issue with this house is the worn out mattress in the master bedroom. It resulted in me in the local hospital with a pinched sciatic nerve. It HAS to be replaced!!!
