L'appartemment est propre et très bien équipé. Le garage est un plus car il est très difficile de trouver une place pour se garer. Proche de toutes commodités à pied. Pour aller à la plage il faut marcher 2 kms mais le trajet se fait facilement. Effectivement les halles sont en travaux mais les horaires et le bruit sont raisonnable. A noter que le système de récupération tardive des clés est bien. Je conseille cet appartement. Nous étions une famille de 6.
