About this apartment rental
Ideally located on the second floor of a three-storey building 100 meters from the beach and at the foot of many shops and restaurants, this bright apartment of 70 m² very recently renovated (building and interior furniture) will allow you to fully enjoy Of your stay.
The living area is a large living room with new and fully equipped American kitchen, featuring 5 large windows to enjoy the light of breakfast in the evening. It combines the comfort of modernity with a decoration of Basque tradition. You can enjoy a glimpse of the sea and the waves from the dining table or one of the sofas (convertible).
2 comfortable and quiet rooms of 11m2 (identical) equipped with a large bed (160x200) as well as a smaller room but equipped with a large bunk bed (90x200) complete this apartment. Babies are also welcome, an umbrella and a high chair are available. The bathroom / toilet has a walk-in shower, a towel dryer and a washer-dryer
At the foot of the apartment, a minute's walk away you will reach the big beach, ranked among the most beautiful of the French coasts, but also two supermarkets (including one next door), the best restaurants and glaciers of Hendaye beach side , The old casino and the long promenade of the seaside. Surf school and boarders for sliding are also on the doorstep. The sailing school on the bay side is also accessible in 5 minutes. Walking to the port, you can catch the shuttle boat that connects to the Spanish border town of Hondarribia (Hondarribia) where you can enjoy the cozy local atmosphere while enjoying tapas.
Linen can be provided upon reservation at an additional cost (a laundry is 3min), rates from 20 euros to 60 euros depending on the number of occupants.
It is up to you to make the apartment in the good state of cleanliness in which we propose it to you. On request, we can organize a cleaning of the apartment (50 euros).

Amazing location steps from the beach! We loved waking up in the morning abd walking to the bakery to get our morning croissant.
The apartment is clean and new. The area is in the center of restaurants and still quiet.

We came for Dance World Cup in San Sansbastian It’s a location we have the beach less than 5mins away shops restaurants even a little market. We had several buses that took us to the train station so easy to get around.
The apartment was amazing so clean and the owner was brilliant some had turned our water by mistake the owner had the water back on our n less than 1hr and kept in contact with us all through it great service. I would say the only down side no where to hang clothes up

Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel, très bien équipé (même du papier film!), idéal avec enfants (les bacs de legos et les Picsou ont été tres appréciés!).
La localisation est parfaite : vue sur mer depuis le salon, centre ville proche commerces. Le check-in & out s’est fait très facilement et tout le monde est super sympa.
Seul (petit) bémol sur le bruit… quand il y a du bruit et comme le quartier est calme c’est presque jamais, qui dépend aussi un peu des voisins du dessus (mais rien de méchant) et des quelques avions pour San Sebastián 😉
On reviendra avec plaisir!!!!!
