This is an incredible home sitting on the waters edge with incredible views. The house itself is very big and has a lot of facilities for you to enjoy. The kitchen is big with lots of facilities to do your own catering and lots of entertainments areas where you can relax and talk to everyone. The house is on 4 different levels, the basement is the pool and sauna area with a bar and toilet. Ground floor is the living areas, kitchen, balconies, dining room and bathrooms x 2 and the laundry. The first floor is 4 bedrooms all ensuite. Finally the second floor is 3 bedrooms. The house was spacious and we really enjoyed the time we have. In the garden there are some steps that go down and you have your own "garage" which has snorkels and goggles with a paddle boat another 2 standing paddles. You open up the doors and have access to the beach right in front of you. Be careful of those sea urchins, lots of them in the water. Overall such a great trip and this is the perfect place you want to be if you dont want to go anywhere. Its about 10 mins away from Trogir itself and we had a great time.

So we had a few minor issues which I am certain can be easily resolved. The wifi is not the greatest where you do have to move to certain rooms to get good access. The main area could do with a bluetooth speaker of sorts or at least a smart tv that we can access. They did have a smart tv but after a few attempts we gave up as it really didnt get proper wifi access. The driveway is quite difficult and very steep, I would not suggest hiring a big car like a Vito as the corners and angle are quite difficult. Lastly the aircon was working but didnt work very well when you in 39 deg weather, we did report it and some technicians came in and were going to give it a service however in the peak of summer when you can only get your room down to 27 deg does make it difficult for the kids to sleep.

Beautiful views and a very well maintained and presented villa. Well equipped - lots of terraces/places to sit and a great kitchen to cook in! The company who look after the villa also arranged a perfect 3 Island Boat Trip for us - highly recommended.

We loved the property. The only downside is the walk (up a steep hill) to the market and the majority of restaurants/bars. The WiFi was a little flaky at times and a plug in bug repellent in every room would be a bonus.
