Perfect for beach holidays

The first time in Croatia and wow, it was amazing! Super clean apartment, there was everything we could need during our vacation. Thanks to the host Milan, we had an amazing stay, he helped us with every single question that we asked. Moreover, he allowed us to use the grill and prepared everything for grilling. But the best thing that I liked the most is the balcony with the sea view, couldn't have thought about such an amazing sea view

Croatia , there is everything what I need to rest.

The topography of the terrain, a bit difficult and demanding road to the beaches and to Trogir. But there is an alternative car, bolt, uber. Taxi I do not recommend, it's expensive.

It should be more emphasized that the same street - Kenza Trpimira exists 3 times in Trogir area. On the mainland (not proper one), on the Čiovo island on the Trogir Channel coast (not proper one), and in Okrug Gornji on south coast of the Čiovo island (this is the one). The location in Booking.com maps is correct, but some navigations may get confused.

Beach all day

The apartment is located within walking distance to the beach (5 min). The WiFi was very good. And the warm welcome by Milan and his family was very nice!

Very very basic equipped. Hooks in the kitchen for kitchen towels and a little cupboard or shelve in the bathroom would be nice to be able to put toiletries somewhere.

Very nice apartment. We were warmly welcomed by Milan, the owner of the property. The property is well located (about 5 minutes to the nearest beach and restaurants). The apartment was very clean and equipped with all the necessary things. There is also WiFi, which was not stated in the description. Considering that the village is located in the hills and has very sloping streets, access to the property by car was relatively easy compared to other properties in the area.

There was a double bed in the description of the apartment, but we had two separate beds connected together. However, it was really a small inconvenience because overall the beds were very comfortable.

Thanks to Milan and his lovely mom for cozy, comfortable stay of my mom. Apartment has a great view, air conditioning helps to survive in any high temperatures, located close to the sea. Kitchen is good and well equipped so there are no difficulties to cook. Only one thing guests should know - closest food store is not very close and without a car it’s really challenging to get food from it if the bags are heavy.

It was our best stay in Croatia so far

First of all we have no problem with contact with our host. Milan is very friendly and helpful. Tere were no problem when we wanted to leave apartament early in the morning. Flat was very very clean (i really pay attention to it). The is everything you need even things like ashtray and mosquito repellent. Kitchen is fully equipped. Area is very calm and quiet - perfect for relax. The beach is very close but if you want go to bigger beach and bars you have to go about 20 minutes. This was a great stay. The view from balcony is breathtaking ! Than you Milan, we felt in your place like in home.

Very pleasant accommodation

I liked the terrace. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Pleasant, small resort with several beaches and opportunities to explore some wild beaches further down the coast.

The whole resort is missing pavements and the pedestrians must walk on the road, which is rather uncomfortable.

Total rest an relaxation, I came home rejuvenated and happy. Highly recommend it to new comers.

Everything! As I said before, property exceeded my expectations with all that has to offer, spending days in house was total rest and relaxation. For all the stay I did not have any problem pop up regarding housing, which needed to be reported or I have to deal with. High privacy level and no disturbance of any kind. Starting with the first face to face meeting with the host / owner, till the last minute saying goodbye to kind lady which was present during my whole stay which was second in charge host / owner as I have to left it.

Udany pobyt ze względu na wspaniałą atmosferę w apartamencie i bliskość plaż i miasta Trogir...

Przede wszystkim bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel, niesamowicie sympatyczny. Parking prywatny bardzo duży przy apartamencie i co ważne parkuje się prostopadle do drogi więc nikt nikogo nie blokuje... Do plaży jak to na wyspie Ciovo z górki a z plaży pod górkę ale bardzo blisko 300 metrów, 5 minut i asfaltem więc można jeździć wózkiem jak ktoś potrzebuje przetransportować dziecko. Ale za to że jest apartament na górce widoczki z dwóch balkonów przepiękne na morze i pobliskie wyspy Śolta, Brać...bajka. Do wyboru dwie plaże, ta bliższa 300m z barem plażowym i dalsza 1-kilometrowej długości Cocacabana z kafejkami i barami w odległości 1800 metrów. Restauracje i sklepy też bardzo blisko...serdecznie polecam: Restauracja Dalmacja, przepyszne jedzenie. Bardzo blisko bo 3km, 40 minut spacerkiem do miasta Trogir gdzie można zwiedzić Stare Miasto i jest mnogość barów tętniących życiem. Bliskość Splitu ze starówką czy Pałacem Dioklecjana, samochodem koło godziny jazdy, około 35km. Reasumując apartament taki jak w opisie więc wszystko było ok, Serdecznie pozdrawiamy Gospodarza i jego rodzinę!!!

Гарне місце! Готель знаходився в зручному місці , у пішій доступності декілька пляжів, продуктові магазини , і кафе/ресторани, за символічну суму можна доїхати до центру Трогіра , або у спліт (не рекомендую їхати власним авто !) Біля готелю є просторий паркінг ,проблем із цим немає .

Rewelacyjnie!

Naprawdę świetne miejsce! Do plaży - 5 minut, z plaży do domku - 10 :) trzeba się przygotować na wchodzenie pod górę. Większa plaża spacerkiem max 25 minut od domu, tak samo jak i restauracje. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, kontakt przebiegał bez zarzutów, wszystko da się załatwić, naprawdę. Klimatyzacja działa, miejsca na 3 osobowy wystarczająco, do tego balkon więc śmiało można posiedzieć. Do większych sklepów ok 10-15 min samochodem, ale na wyspie są też mniejsze sklepy. Wygodne, przestronne miejsce. Parking bezpłatny :)

Jedynie informacyjnie - na booking podany jest Trogir, ale tak naprawdę jest to zupełnie inna miejscowość na wyspie :) Wszystko było super

Herrlicher Urlaub, ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick, sehr nette Gastgeber.

Wer in dieser Gegend Urlaub macht sollte sich auf enge uns steile Gassen gefasst machen, das ist der ruhigen Lage geschuldet. Das Quartier liegt etwas oberhalb vom Strand, welcher zu Fuß nur über eben diese steilen Gassen zu erreichen ist. Dafür hat man mit von dort einen tollen Meerblick. Es zahlt sich ohnehin aus, mit dem Auto die unzähligen kleinen Buchten auf der Insel zu erkunden. Trogir erreicht man mit dem Auto in knapp 10 Minuten, ein Besuch (oder besser mehrere) lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Da gibt es nichts negatives, was ich anführen könnte. Man sollte sich jedoch darauf einstellen, dass es zu Fuß mühsam sein dürfte, egal ob Einkauf, Strand oder ein Lokalbesuch. Mit dem Auto ist jedoch alles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
