Helpfull and nice host.
Air conditioning is only in one room, thus in another room it's hot during summer. Luckely, the host gave as a fan which was really usefull. The sea is not far away, but going to it is rather challanging due to hight of surroundings. I would say that the nearest beaches are not very suitable for small kids or for those who are not good swimmers - the water is rather deep in most places. Driving is also quite challanging due to same hights of roads.
