In an old building of the '700 the apartment is furnished with attention to detail, with a magnificent old terracotta flooring, exterior has an exclusive garden terrace with typical Mediterranean perfumes, where to enjoy the whole' years of climate and the sun of the city and spend outdoors relax.
In the heart of Imperial Rome, you can walk to the places celebrated in the whole world: the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona. Located in the picturesque Monti district, within walking distance offers workshops and typical shops to suit every need.
We have 1 bedroom with double bed (possibility of additional cot), living room with double bed, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and a study corner with a desk.
The property is fully equipped and has WIFI hot water, central heating, 2 flat screen TV, full kitchen equipment including a kettle and toaster, while the compre service even hair dryer and washing machine.
The bedroom overlooking the Basilica of St. Peter in Chains has a double bed and large wardrobe with 4 compartments.
Accessible by car or metro, has paid public parking in the square outside with the possibility to book the garage in the area, while the metro is within walking distance just 15 0mt.
Nearby there are several information points and tourist tour collection points to be able to visit the city in many different ways also on board the scenic bus. If you'd rather visit the city 'to your' way are directly below your residence several places to rent bikes, scooters, mopeds, cars etc ..

Great location. The property manager was so kind and helpful! They answered my 5 million questions and even helped us get in early to drop our bags before our tour. They provided drinks and snacks which was such a treat after a long day. Their communication was great and I highly recommend!

We loved this property! It was close to Michelangelo's Moses.… Steps away! So close to the Colosseum and the metro! Every night we sat out on the patio and enjoyed the Night Sky of Rome. The only disappointment was there was no AC --only two fans that worked which we kept close by. 2 Texans can take the heat but This summer was a hot one.

Communication with owner from beginning was very good and check-in process was easy with the owner meeting us. Apartment was clean and accommodating. The location is 5 min walk to Colosseum, 15 min to train station and next door to one of Michelangelo’s sculptures (Mose’ di Michelangelo). The road noise (scooters) is fairly continuous, but I think that is all of Rome. We stayed 6 nights and felt very comfortable and safe.Overalll, I recommend for a nice stay in Rome and owner (Elena) was very nice and professional.
