A little confusion on how/where to get bus to the pick area for our luggage collection area and how to get it delivered across to the accommodation (across the footbridge) but host helped out and we got it sorted out. Perhaps these details (along with photos of location points) after booking is made could be communicated especially for those travelling by public transport (ie., not by car).

1 of the best accommodation In Civita with well decor and it is just near the square. however, it may be difficult for travellers with big suitcases particularly under the very hot weather. porter is not a bad choice. A special local transportation vehicle brings passengers fm the public car park up to the accommodation. only 1 passenger is allowed. cost €5 1 way. pay before the ride

Wonderful stay in center of beautiful town. Perfect for family or couple.

Beautiful apartments that are modern with a perfect accent of Tuscany. Etruscan cellar adds to the stay. Bathrooms are modern and large, stove and frig accompanied by pots and dishes and cleaning supplies. Coffee in every frig.

Nice house by the piazza.

It is a beautiful house, with everything you need to go just a few days, nice decoration and modern services (heating/ac/lighting) and the bathroom!!!Monica is also very nice and helpfull.

The bed was uncomfortable and there is a window that makes all the light from the outside come in in the morning that could let me sleep. Also when we arrived the WC wasnt well cleaned.

A lovely place to spend a short vacation.

Perfectly situated on the main square, the apartment was easily large enough for the three of us. An ample breakfast was provided and taken in the bar across the square. We certainly recommend this apartment.

Totally Worth It in Civita

Location is perfect in the heart of the village, totally renovated, very comfortable, very convenient. By staying in the village you can see it without tourists at dusk, night, and dawn, and this can be truly amazing.

You have to make sure you communicate clearly ahead of your arrival as to where to park otherwise you will have to pay 20 euros per 24 hours plus your entrance fee. Not to mention the much longer walk to the village. So, make sure.

Nice Modern Apartment - considering how old the place is the inside is tastefully designed (looked brand new). New clean linens and big towels - def not the European standard of accommodation! Nice shower with pressure and space to move! Would def recommend to anyone wanting to stay here for the experience and a chance to experience the hilltop and its beauty and charm. Great owner / staff - Monica was super responsive in communication and helpful with her directions and just made what could have been a bit challenging arrival in the dark and rain! The tractor for luggage arrived on time no issue collecting key and took the time to make sure welcomed and attended to. Made dinner reservation for us and you get welcome wine and some beverages which was nice touch!

Noise - you can sometimes hear conversations of neighbors but to be fair we heard nothing after 11pm. And, the location is middle of square so comes with territory! Mirror - there is a mirror in bathroom however with three girls getting ready a second mirror would be ideal outside to help with getting ready.

La colazione molto semplice cornetto e cappuccino , magari sarebbe carino la possibilità di più scelta e farla anche a casa magari preparando un cestino

Accogliente!

L'alloggio è ristrutturato con cura, la posizione è sulla piazza centrale. Ovviamente bisogna considerare sempre che si tratta di un struttura antica, accessibile tramite moti scalini, con il letto in soppalco a tetto spiovente. La doccia è molto ampia. La colazione è all'enoteca di fronte il cui personale ci ha accompagnato all'ingresso e dato le istruzioni del caso.

Non ho segnalazioni da fare. Ci siamo trovati bene.

L'appartamento è una vera chicca in un luogo magico, vale assolutamente la pena pernottarvi.

La colazione viene servita al bar della piazza, i gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Purtroppo l'alloggio ha 2 piani che vengono separati all'occorrenza dalla chiusura di una porta, ma le scale amplificano i rumori del piano di sopra.

Fiabesco !

Appartamento molto pulito e ben curato nei minimi dettagli. Letto comodissimo, camera spaziosa, doccia spettacolare e bagno profumato. Posizione perfetta. La signora Monica è stata molto precisa nel darci le indicazioni per arrivare. Anche se non l’abbiamo vista, non abbiamo avuto problemi e ci siamo sentiti ben guidati da lei, che prontamente ci ha contattati telefonicamente al nostro arrivo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Ci è sembrato di vivere in una fiaba!

Il problema l’abbiamo riscontrato all’arrivo. Le chiavi ci sono state consegnate al bar non da Monica (la proprietaria), ma da quest’altra persona che sembrava infastidita dalla nostra presenza. Neanche un saluto, un semplice “benvenuti”, niente. La colazione è inclusa e viene servita al bar dalla stessa persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi. Anche per la colazione l’accoglienza è stata pessima. Se non fosse stato per questa situazione, avrei sicuramente dato 10 punti, ma l’accoglienza è fondamentale e ha rischiato di rovinarci l’esperienza.
