Unique beautiful location and interior. Thoughtful providing assorted Tea, coffee, biscuits selection. Owner detailed communication and prompt responses. Strong clean water pressure.

Can’t or no clear instructions to adjust temperature in room, got very cold at bedtime. Can hear people upstairs, unfortunately sound like they were moving some furnitures around bed time. The bidet water faucet shot out straight strongly at wrong angle.

Very beautiful place to stay. Civita di Bagnoregio is a very pretty and cute little town and staying at Case di Civita was the perfect touch to our visit. Will recommend without hesitation.

Put this on the top of your bucket list

I have been travelling internationally professionally for 30 years. Simply the coolest property ever. I would buy it if I could. Beautiful historic building and town. Tastfully updated without compromising the historical quaintness of the building. Host was very nice and responsive. Made us feel welcome. Value? I would have expected to pay way more for a place of this exceptional beauty and experience. This is really a place that one could stay and be content for weeks. Nothing less than idealistic.

No a/c was only drawback during hot season.

Fantastic experience in one of the most idyllic villages in central Italy

A tastefully decorated apartment in a medieval house in one of the most scenic villages of Italy. Marvellous location and setting. Very spacious, with living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. Some limescale in the shower, too much dust on the non-functional surfaces. Being a medieval house, the noise insulation between the different flats in the house is not perfect, so noise neighbours can be an issue (like we experienced).

Magical, historic, comfortable apartment in great location

Gorgeous, historic building. Comfortable bed and furniture. Great location. Very cool inside when everyone else in other apartments was very hot. Like nature’s air conditioning.

On first floor people walk by and look in glass door and window, so only get privacy by keeping curtains drawn. Also, three very tall, irregular steps to bedroom — was fine for me, but could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Also, teeny shower.

amazing central place to stay.

it was so in the middle of civita di Bagnoregio the town is so small u can walking everywhere. the house was very clean and thoughtful kitchen items left to use like a full house stay. coffee making facilities and very quiet outside also. Paola was amazing with her communication and helped with a parking permit so we didn’t need to pay. she also helped arrange the small vehicles to take our luggage up the hill as there is no possible was to drag your suitcase up the walkway to the town unless you are super man. this town is definitely worth visiting

if staying here it’s a good idea to keep the windows closed as we had quite a few bees fly into the house.

Great place in historic centre.

Very nice stone interior, true to photos. Bed was comfortable, bedding was clean and fresh. Lots of hot water. Lavazza coffee maker and pods in the kitchen. Communication with Paola (host) was very timely.

Luxurious house old charm and modern amenities

This house was top notch. Beautifully redone and very tastefully decorated. Had all the modern luxuries while keeping the ancient charm. The bed was 5 star quality, romantic and super cozy. Will definitely stay here when we come back for longer stay with family. Right in centre of Civita. Communicating with the host was effortless, she answered promptly and was very hospitable. Everything you need is there, she thought of all the comforts. Very clean and organized. Was like home.

Appartamento stupendo, nel centro di Civita, borgo fiabesco. Pulito, comodo, ben arredato e ben riscaldato, ottimo per due persone. Nelle adiacenze ottimi bar e ristoranti. Parcheggio convenzionato a 5€/giorno, ma Civita è raggiungibile solo a piedi, dal parcheggio è circa 1 km, non per persone con difficoltà a camminare.

Veramente una bella esperienza

La posizione centralissima, l'arredamento veramente curato ed evidente frutto di tanto studio. Cucina piccola ma super attrezzata, complimenti.

Avrei gradito qualche prodotto locale per colazione, tipo ciambelline o biscotti al posto delle merendine confezionate... Secondo me ci sarebbe bisogno anche di una illuminazione maggiore sopra il tavolo del salotto, va bene le luci diffuse altrove, ma c'è anche bisogno di una luce potente soprattutto quando si mangia. Forse metterei dei materassi più comodi nel senso ortopedici, ma è un mio bisogno... Comunque sono piccolezze, la struttura è bellissima!!!

Ci siamo fermate una sera, un luogo magico. Tutta la casa è arredata con cura, attenzione e precisione: nessun oggetto è lasciato al caso. La posizione è straordinaria e avere l'opportunità di vivere Civita di Bagnoregio nel silenzio e tranquillità della notte è un'esperienza unica. Ineccepibile inoltre la pulizia. Consiglieremo a tutti e tutte un soggiorno in questo spazio così pieno di cuore e emozione.

Magico, insonne.

Il posto è magico e centralissimo, la casa è grande ed ha un salone spaziosissimo. Il terrazzino è un piccolo gioiellino.

È una struttura più giusta per l’inverno che per l’estate. La camera matrimoniale è al piano superiore sotto il tetto e il caldo era veramente insopportabile. Capisco che in paese sono vietati i condizionatori ma servirebbero le zanzariere alle finestre così da poter dormire con le stesse aperte. Infine vanno aggiornate le docce che sono un po’ vecchiotte e serve qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione ai bagni. Peccato perchè è tutto così incantevole ma a quel prezzo bisogna migliorare i servizi.
