Owner was very responsive. Being able to park directly in front of the unit was a huge bonus. A convenience store is nearby.

Very nice little spot. Many beds to accommodate many people. Common space like living room and shower is good. We actually felt comfortable enough that we decided to have a take away and stay in house for the evening. Big plus is the air con in all big rooms. I definitely would recommend it for a family or friends who want to spend time together without having to go out for gatherings. Also there is parking spot for 2/3 cars.
Mattress on the double bed room, is pretty uncomfortable. The biggest issue for me was missing good blackout blinders so being in summer, I was up at 5am.

The property is perfect for a family of 6 adults. Washing machine and liquid detergent were provided, together with hanging rack. It has own compound and the host stays just next door to assist you. Near to Lawson and laundry store. It would be better if there is dryer provided.
The location is quite far from train station (15-20mins walk) so it is not recommended for those who use public transportation. The toilet has lack of ventilation causing bad smell to the living room when the door is opened.
