    Yes, we repeated our stay just 6 months apart from the last. Extremely spacious room suitable for family based on Japanese standards. The staff is also extremely helpful. A minor point to note is that the hotel does not come with complimentary parking. Despite this, we will still come back again.

    While the location is near many groceries and convenience stores, it is still not in the center of Susukino - the shopping and restaurant district in Sapporo. Check in and check out was through the computer - so didn't really have any interaction with the staff. Trash and used towels are collected every day and replaced with fresh towels and a garbage bag. There is no drinking water provided in the rooms but there is a water and ice machine and vending machines in the 2nd floor. The bunk room had its own washer and dryer in the bathroom. The rooms were not very clean - there was visible dust under the kitchen counter table where the bar stools are, there was also some sticky residue on wooden panel on top of one of the queen sized beds. Wish we had the time to try the hotel sauna and steam baths. Breakfast was ok - a few set meals to choose from. Overall, a nice new hotel with good amenities. Service needs improvement though - wish they had provided a Whatsapp or Viber number to contact the hotel staff for requests since there is no phone in the room.
